Court Police:
Court Police is a special unit which verifies the police reports submitted to the courts maintains the records and represents the police in the courts. It performs the following jobs:
- Maintaining General Registers for keeping the records of cases filed in Police Stations.
- Acting as prosecutors in the magistrates’ courts.
- Verifying police reports and giving instructions.
- Maintaining CDMS (Criminal Data Management Systems)
